Nepal is a country highly prone to many forms of natural and climate change induced disasters. The experience of the recent earthquake of 2015 and flood related disasters have indicated that particular communities become highly vulnerable to violations of their right to food in situations of disaster. This requires the need for documenting, monitoring & advocacy of right to food violations that are specific to the situation of disaster.
