CSOs role to amendment of National Park and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1972 (5th ammendment)

FIAN Nepal takes a lead of amendment of National Park and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1972 (5th amendment, 2017) from the right to food prospectives coordinating with the Forest and Environment Parliamentarian Committee Constitution Assembly. Article 5 (2) of the amended Act is quite progressive for the communities living in the buffer zone areas of National Park and Wildlife Conservation Areas of Nepal.
