Ms. Rita Subedi is a passionate, seasoned development activist. Her work focuses on strengthening accountability, supporting development initiatives, and enhancing institutional effectiveness.
She has a private and development mix-up experience since he worked at NEFSCUN.
She also served as Portfolio Manager and Team Lead for Banke and Dolpa districts under the Government of Nepal’s Poverty Alleviation Program (PAF), where she led district-level implementation and coordination.
Beyond her institutional role, she has held key leadership positions in civil society, including Chairperson of the District Women Advocacy Forum and General Secretary of the Dam Concern Forum, reflecting her commitment to women’s empowerment and inclusive governance.
She holds a master’s degree in Rural Development and Public Administration from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
