Biography of Ms. Nanu Chataut
Ms. Chataut is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 15 years of experience in financial and grant management in the development sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies (Finance) from Tribhuvan University.
She currently serves as Finance and Admin Manager at FIAN Nepal, leading financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and audits while ensuring strong internal controls and donor alignment. She has managed multi-donor programs in partnership with organizations such as BfdW, Misereor, NORAD, SIDA, KOICA, the European Union, USAID, and FCDO.
Previously, she worked with Save the Children in finance leadership roles, focusing on budget forecasting, grant management, and partner financial oversight. She is skilled in financial systems, including FAMAS, Agresso, Navision, and Tally, with strong expertise in donor compliance, audit management, and financial analysis.
