FIAN Nepal provides membership to the applicants based on the provisions mentioned in its statute and by the decision of board. Following are the criteria for individual to be eligible to apply the membership.

1) Be Nepali citizen
2) Completed 18 years age
3) Mentally sound
4) Not charged on embezzlement of public property
5) Not punished on any criminal case or corruption case which morally turpitude them
6) In case of membership of associated group, such group would have coordinated with organization for at least 1 year.
